At 4 News, the 360 Reviews team uses an unbiased approach to develop its ratings of products, services and companies. Our editorial and research team begins by determining which products, services or companies to include in our evaluation based on data indicating which options are the most researched and/or purchased by consumers. Our team evaluates which features are most important to the decision process in a process that may include directly surveying consumers. We then collect relevant data points to use in our evaluation – these may include product data, professional review data, consumer review/survey data and other information that we collect directly or through third-party sources. We combine this data into a ratings formula, which allows us to provide you with our unbiased ratings, rankings and recommendations.
